Following this review, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled eLearning Leader (POL3) to join Penola Catholic College from 2025 to 2027.As the eLearning Leader you will ensure that all staff are well versed in the use of 21st Century technologies to enhance student learning outcomes. You will develop and enhance the learning experiences of students by leading the Penola community, including staff and parents, in the effective use of current, emerging and innovative information and communication technologies. You will work collaboratively with the ICT Manager in the review, implementation and maintenance of digital technologies across and within the College.Please note an ongoing teaching appointment is attached to the position.About YouTo be successful you will have a highly developed understanding of ICT’s appropriate use in schools, strong organisational and time management skills. You will have significant experience in the use of technology to enhance student learning and will have experience in learning management systems. You will also be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’. You will also have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks and have a demonstrated capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account where necessary.
